“For the sparrows of the world.”
Sometimes Nonsense Means Something is Andy’s second collection of poetry. As the title suggests, not everything is clear in life. Some of the work is about exorcising demons, some is written out of passion, some from anger, some in ire, some in reflection, and one or two are more than vitriolic.
Andy’s passion for poetry grew from a love of writing song lyrics and metamorphosed from there. In his own words, this book contains “A number of musings that keep me on the straight and narrow. I find poetry is a great way of keeping myself sane and letting off steam.”
The 50 poems in this collection explore thees of love, hate, anger, happiness, joy, depression, ire, revenge, irk, desire, passion, avarice, war, annoyance, irritation, and the frustration of dealing with incompetence and stupidity.
